Caleb Joseph
Feiring
Dec 23, 1995 — Jul 14, 2018
Salem
Caleb Feiring was taken from us in a tragic accident at only 22 years old. He currently resided in Salem, OR, the place of his birth. Caleb passed away at 6:01PM on Saturday July 14th, 2018. He was born on December 23rd, 1995 at Salem Hospital to Jennifer LeeAnne Lapin and Robert Henry Feiring the III.
Caleb was more into hands-on learning or self-teaching rather than institutional learning and so he only attended some college. He was currently working towards his ISA Arborist Certification however, and loved his job as Lead Climber at R&R Tree Service Inc. To everyone else he was a legend at his job, he was always playing catch up with two of his mentors, Tim Jones and Jimmy Jordon. In addition to his job Caleb loved to take his quad out to the dunes, going hunting with close family and friends, have a conversation and cold beer with anyone who was worth it, going shooting, vegging out on some video games, going floating on the river, have a philosophical conversation, or incessantly mess with those closest to him.
Caleb is survived by his loving girlfriend Kimberly Barton, his grandpa Bob, though he'd view him more as a father, Grandma Gloria, both from Salem, Mothers Jennifer and Sunni, Brothers Kristian, Cole, Jeffrey, Gabriel, Solomon and Elijah, Sisters Kaylynne and Baylee, Cousins Lameca, Branton, and Bryson. The other grandparents are Rob, and Georgene Hulbert. He also will be survived by too many friends to list.
Caleb's graveside service will be held at Pioneer Bethany Cemetery on Saturday, July 21st, 2018 at 11:00am. A private family viewing may be held at an undisclosed time. Unger Funeral Chapel in Silverton, OR will be handling all the arrangements.
Finally I would like to thank all the staff at Salem Hospital ICU for their amazing care and ability to provide support for our family following Caleb's accident. As well as the donor team we worked with. Caleb was able to save and alter many lives before he left us and the donor team was able to help him have a worthy cause to fight for in his last battle.
