Charlotte Marie GrosJacques (Kintz), age 91, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2026, surrounded by her children. She was born on December 6, 1934, in Stayton, Oregon, to Dan and Martha Kintz.
On August 13, 1956, she married William (Bill) GrosJacques, the love of her life.
Charlotte worked in the fields as a row boss for Chuck Wavra farms for many years, enjoying the time outdoors along with her children. In 1979, she was hired by the Mt. Angel School District in the maintenance department as the laundry lady, janitorial services, and most gratifying, bus driving. She then went on to manage the Mt. Angel Senior Center and served on the Board. In her spare time, she loved sewing, crafting, hunting, and fishing.
Survived by children Vince GrosJacques , Ruth Ebner, Rose (Greg) Beyer, Jayne (Tom) Frey, Gail (Don) Ruef, Mary Jo (Mike) Lundquist; 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren (one on the way). Service at St. Mary's Church, Mt. Angel, Oregon, on May 15, 2026. Rosary at 10:30 am, mass at 11 am, followed by graveside at Calvary Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Mary's Church, Mt. Angel Senior Center, or a charity, of your choice. Arrangements by Unger Funeral Chapel.
