Clarence "Don" Donald Eamons passed away Feb 15, 2022 in Salem, Oregon.

Don is survived by his wife, Darlene Eamons (Sanders), three sisters, a brother, four children, seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Don was born Jan 13, 1939 in Silverton, Oregon and grew up in Valsetz, Oregon. He loved hunting, fishing, and dancing to rock'n'roll!

After graduating, Don joined the Air Force. He traveled the world, serving two tours in Vietnam and other hot spots. He retired after 20 years and joined the Oregon State Police as a Communications Tech where he worked until retiring after 14 years.

He was known for his kindness and generosity. He had a ready smile and a hearty "hello" for everyone around him—Christmases with him were an especially wonderful time - with good food, good company, and the joy that the gathering of family brings.

Services to be held at Miller Cemetery, 7823 Hwy 213 Silverton, Oregon on Friday March 11, 2022 at 1:00pm.
