Dicy Jane Graham (Strom) passed away peacefully on May 18th , 2025 at the age of 81, after battling that dreaded cancer disease. She was born in Pendleton, Oregon on July 20th 1944 , graduated from Silverton High School in 1963. Attended graphic art school, worked in the dental field and eventually retired from retail, she mentions "paper or plastic" was a common phrase.

Dicy was preceded in death by her brother, Doug Strom of Arizona and her parents, Neal S Strom and Vera M Strom from the Silverton area. She is survived by her daughter, Stacey L Smith (Graham) of Salem.

Mom liked her flowers, travel to tropical places and rodeo, especially the Pendleton Round Up and was very adventurous residing in Montana and Wyoming for a time, before coming back to Salem. Will miss her beautiful smile, brave attitude and loving heart.
