Ed was born on October 4, 1938, in Ringling, OK. He was one of six boys, born to Roy and Nola Cox (Huff). The family moved to Bakersfield, California when Ed was about 10 yrs. Bakersfield is where Ed met the love of his life, Leta. They eloped and married in 1957.

He has been repairing, servicing, restoring, and manufacturing classic and modern RVs ever since. When Ed wasn't working on RVs, he and Leta enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, sports, trips to the casino, and family get togethers.
