Ellen Elaine Wurdinger, of Salem, Oregon, passed away on March 16, 2006, at Salem Hospital due to cardiovascular disease. She was 73 years old.

Ellen was born on June 24, 1952, in Oregon City, Oregon, to Ralph and Arlene Wurdinger.

She was raised in Oregon and went on to pursue higher education later in life, earning her Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University in 1990.

Ellen worked for many years in the manufactured home and office administration industries where she was known for her dedication, organization, and strong work ethic.

She is survived by her mother, Arlene Wurdinger; her daughter, Susan Clinton; her son, Peter Mandal; her grandsons, Zachary Clinton, Weston Clinton, and Austin Mandal; her granddaughter, Jaden Mandal; and her great-granddaughter, Emma Teagan.

Ellen will be remembered for her perseverance, her love for her family, and the quiet strength she

carried throughout her life. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 28 at 1:00 pm at Unger Funeral Chapel.
