Ernest Carl Kimlinger was born on May 6, 1936, in Silverton Oregon to Norbert and Veronica Terhaar Kimlinger.  Except for his service in the Navy, Ernest lived most of his life in the Mt. Angel and Woodburn areas where he raised a variety of berries. Ernest was loved by many and will be missed greatly.

Ernest is survived by his brothers Raymond of Santa Maria, California, and Bernard of Molalla as well as sisters Dorothy Forde of Dublin, Ireland, Wilma Lee of Silverton, Mary Beth Schindler of Mt. Angel and Irene McNeely of North Bend, Washington and many nieces and nephews.  Rosary will begin at 10:30 A.M. with Funeral Mass following at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 4 ^th at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mt. Angel where Ernest was a member.
