James Harrison Byrd, 75, passed away September 30, 2019 , in Dallas , Oregon .

He was born on August 13, 1944 , to Henry and Letha (Benson) Byrd, being one of eleven children. James worked much is his life in the construction industry. He loved his family above all things and he loved spending time with them. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.

James is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Byrd.

He is survived by his children, Kimberly Rivas, Margaret Byrd and James Byrd, 7 siblings, 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren  and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10am - 1pm with service at 1:30pm , both will take place Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Unger Funeral Chapel in Silverton.
