Joan Elizabeth Gudehus was born February 25, 1942 in Long Beach, California. She entered into eternal rest on February 22, 2022 in Murietta, California. Joan and her husband, Thomas Gudehus, lived in Abaqua Heights in Silverton from 2002-2015.  Joan was retired and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.  She also volunteered at the Oregon Gardens.  She is survived by her children Beth Gudehus (Michael) of Somerset, KY; Scott Gudehus (Colleen) of Winchester, CA; her two grandchildren Garrett and Peyton Gudehus of Winchester, CA and her brother Donald McKee of Las Vegas, NV.  Joan's love of her family, friends, cooking and animals was only surpassed by the love of her life, Tom, who she has now joined in heaven. Private family services will be held.
