JoAnne Harrison (Jodi) Wavra , age 75 passed away at home December 12, 2022,

Jodi was born May 25, 1947 in Salem, OR to Benjamin Clifford & Margaret Grider Harrison. Jodi was raised in Salem, OR along with one brother.

She graduated from North Salem High School and attended Merritt Davis Business College. Jodi had a lifelong career with State Farm Insurance where she retired from. Jodi and Tim dated for 4 years before they were married July 5, 1969 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Tim preceded her in death on July 14, 2022. Jodi and Tim enjoyed many beach trips to Lincoln City, OR during their 53 years of marriage and was their favorite thing to do together. The family is comforted knowing they have been reunited again.

Jodi was very particular in her ways and wanted to remain independent in her home after Tim passed. Jodi loved to bake new desserts and enjoyed gardening. Jodi was a very proud person, especially of her only grandson Nicholas Petersen.

Jodi is survived by her daughter Julie Petersen (Lance), Nicholas Petersen, and brother Richard Benjamin Harrison (Mary), and their family.

A service will be held at 6pm on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at Silverton Unger Funeral Chapel in Silverton, OR. There will be no graveside service per Jodi's request.
