Joyce Elayne Piper passed away on October 24, 2022 in Silverton, Oregon. She was born in Portland, Oregon on November 6 ^th , 1946 to Franklin and Bonnie Jean (Ruff) Nelson.  She married John Piper and had their children Johanna and James.  Joyce is survived by her loving husband John Piper and her children, Johanna Pressnall and James Piper, brother Eric Nelson and two grandchildren and one great grandchild.  Arrangements made by Unger Funeral Chapel-Silverton.  No services at this time.
