Lila Helga Billups passed away on November 16, 2024, in Silverton, Oregon.  She was born on December 31, 1939, in Bottineau, North Dalota to Lee and Helga (Skjervem) Penn.  Lila moved Silverton with parents and siblings at young age. After high school enlisted in Air Force.

She is survived by her 2 children and 1 stepson and 7 grandchildren,12 great-grandchildren.  She will be dearly missed.

Memorial Service will be held at Elks Lodge Silverton on Sunday December 15. 2024 at 1:00 pm anyone who knew Lila is welcome to attend.

There will also be a graveside service on Monday, December 16th at 11:00 am at Bethany Pioneer Cemetery in Silverton, Oregon.
