MaryJane Reis, 85, of Salem, Or, passed peacefully on August 28,2026. She was born on December 10,1940 in Salem, Oregon to Vincent and Sylvia Pavlicek. MaryJane graduated from Woodburn Highschool and later Graduated from Pheghan's Beauty School in Salem, Or. On April 22, 1961 she married Jack C. Reis.

MaryJane was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She loved being a beautician and enjoyed giving friends and family haircuts. Jack and Maryjane loved spending time with friends and family and will be greatly remembered with many fond memories. She was known for her warmth, kindness, caring, strong work ethic and always willing to help anyone out. She took care of both mothers during their retirement at homes, enjoying those precious memories.

Jack and Mary Jane had two daughters, Kim Dabacon and Terri Reis and her sole granddaughter Ashley Dabacon. Her most treasured moments were being with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Vincent and Sylvia Pavlicek, sister: Georgianne , Brother: Sylvester Pavlicek and Husband of 65 years : Jack C Reis. MaryJane is survived by her bothers : John Pavlicek and Vincent Pavlicek, Daughters: Kim Dabacon and Terri Reis, and her granddaughter Ashley Dabacon.

The funeral will be at Unger Funeral Chapel in Mt. Angel on September 28, 2026, at11:00 am and following with a burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Gervais, Oregon.
