He was born November 9, 1961 in Des Moines, Iowa. Son of Donald W Franklin & Cecelia M (Brown) Franklin
Matthew attended school in Silverton OR, where he lived most of his life. As a family they belonged to the local CB Club. Enjoyed summers at Connon Beach. He enjoyed woodworking, stain glass, camping, motorcycles, most outdoor spots. He was happiest playing guitars and jamming with the bands and running his Pub. Matthew is Preceded by his parents. Survived by Sister Elizabeth Franklin Barboa (Rudy) Brother Douglas
