Oralia Moreno Soto, 60, passed away on January 10, 2020in Mt. Angel, Oregon.

Oralia was born on December 27, 1959 in Artesia, New Mexico to Catarino and Felisa Moreno; she was 1 of 12 children.

She married Israel B. Soto on September 14th 1981 in Vancouver, Washington; they had four children. She was a long time resident of the Mt. Angel area. She enjoyed spending time with her family, making family dinners, going to the beach and spending as much time as possible with her grandkids.

Oralia is preceded in death by her mother, Felisa Moreno and her brother, Catarino Moreno.

She is survived by her loving husband, Israel B. Soto, children: Jose Luis (Emily) Guzman, Maricela (Alejandro) Frausto, Isabel (Benito) Bravo and Norma (Carlos) Segura; grandchildren: Antonio Luis Guzman, Maribel Frausto, Mayra Frausto, Alejandra Frausto, Jacqueline Frausto, Jesus Angel Garza, Isaiah Garza, Veronica Frausto, Mario Alberto Ponce, Gabriella Guzman, Angilee Frausto, Israel Guzman, Jazmin Frausto, Maribel Bravo, Edgar Fabian Segura, Deschanel Oralia Guzman, Benito Bravo III, and Maritza Eliana Segura; 7 great-grandchildren, father, Catarino Moreno, siblings: Susie Alcaraz, David Moreno, Irma Rodriguez, Eva Perez, Cruz Dustin Martinez, Esther Moreno, Adam Moreno, Felice Moreno, Felipe Moreno and Estevan Moreno; and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A mass of Christian burial will be at 12pm, Thursday, January 16, 2020 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Silverton with private rite of committal at Calvary Cemetery in Mt. Angel .
