Randall Dale Key was born in Stayton Oregon to Dale and Veryl Key on July 26, 1959. He passed August 17 from complications of lifetime chronic kidney disease. Randy attended Kennedy High School in Mt Angel Oregon where he excelled at football, track, and basketball. He made lifelong friends with whom he enjoyed many days of fishing and hunting. His favorite time of year was fall when he went to the Elk Woods in Joseph with his best friend Greg and the crew. They would always head into town on Saturday game day to watch their beloved Ducks. Randy was the biggest Duck fan around and made sure everyone knew it. SCO DUCKS!

Randy's happiest time were the years he lived in Alaska. So many fish stories to tell. Randy loved his boys fiercely and spent many hours teaching them to fish and coaching Ben in baseball and football. Randy was also very proud of his 27 years 11 months of sobriety.

Randy married Karri in Skagway Alaska. In addition to Karri, he is survived by his sons Ben, Jake, and James and 8 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, younger brother Roddy, and beloved uncle Bob Susee’.

A celebration of life is being planned for fall.
