Rhonda Lynn Hall passed away on November 6, 2022 in Mt. Angel, Oregon. She was born in San Bernardino, California on December 18, 1959 to Clarence Houts Jr. and Charlotte Swing. Rhonda is survived by her sons; Brian, Christopher and Shawn, and one grandchild.
Graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 2pm at Miller Cemetery.
