Keizer - Richard "R.C." Calvin Watkins III, 91, passed away September 25, 2019, in Keizer, Oregon.

He was born on July 5, 1928, to Richard and Mary Watkins (Butler) in Salt Lake City, Utah.

R.C. joined the Army and served during the Korean War. He married Audrey in 2000 and together they cruised around the world. Richard enjoyed golfing and snow skiing. R.C. was also a member of Dayspring Fellowship, Keizer.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Audrey in 2014. R.C. is survived by his great friends, Larry and Nancy Carter, as well as many other friends and relatives.

As per R.C.'s request no services will be held. His family wishes to express their appreciation for the care and comfort provided by Village at Keizer Ridge and Brighton Hospice.
