Robert Gould passed away peacefully on October 23, 2025. He was 84 years old. He was born in Minnesota and moved to Oregon as a teenager. He married Lilly May Kuenzi on September 13, 1964. They built their home in the Silverton countryside where they raised their two children, Katie and John.

Robert was a retired mailman, but the work he loved most was cutting firewood, which he continued to do into his eighties. In his later years he loved going to The Home Place.  He was a generous, kind man and devoted to Lilly. He was appreciated and loved very much and will be missed.

Survivors include his children; Katie (Steve) Miller and John (Ashli) Gould, his grandchildren; Boone (Becky) Miller, Josiah (Kalia) Miller, Lauri Miller, Tayllor (Drew) Brannon, Tessa Ludwig, Thomas (Riley) Gould and Timothy (Kate) Gould. He had 8 great-grandchildren.
