Roger went home to be the Lord on May 30 after an extended illness. He was born on December 24th 1957 at the Doctor's Hospital in Oregon City Oregon to Milton Hass and Frances Hass (Norris) who preceded him to Heaven a few years ago. Roger is survived by his brother Michael Hass, sister-in-law Joanne Hass (Hall), niece Nicole, nephew Eric, great nephew Dylan, great niece Allison and many friends he has made over the years. Roger grew up in West Linn OR. in the area known as Willamette, he attended Willamette grade school thru the 8th grade and West Linn High School where he graduated the 12th grade. Some years later with his Mom and Dad he moved to Salem OR. A few years later he decided to go back to school and attended Chemeketa community college for a year and then transferred to Western Oregon University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in the theater arts.  In Salem Roger attended Northgate Wesleyan Church for many years and later when it became difficult for him to get around, he was a regular attendee of Northgate's online church service. Roger always had a very positive attitude and very good sense of humor which he held onto even when his health was starting to deteriorate. Roger will be greatly missed.
