Sharon Louise Bishop Ellingson of Silverton, Oregon died on November 30, 2018, at the age of 79. She was born on February 21, 1939, in San Bernardino, California to Harvey A. Bishop and Arlena E. Cappleman Bishop. In her lifetime she lived in San Bernardino, California and Oregon, in Keizer, Lincoln City, and Silverton.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Some of her main hobbies were oil painting, cake decorating, sewing, and reading. Sharon was very talented and could do most anything she put her mind to.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Jesse Roland Ellingson; sons, Mark Ellingson (Linda), James Ellingson (Dawn), Douglas Ellingson, daughters, Cheryl Nelson (Brent), Dayna Nyberg and Erin Ellingson; 27 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 745 W. Main Street, Silverton, Oregon on Sunday, December 8, 2018, at 10:30 a.m.
