Velma Pearl Harper

She previously lived in Scott's Mills but lived in Lapine for the past several years.

She was a Beautician and later a manager for Fred Meyers Jewelry

She is survived by sons David Havel of Texas, Raymond Havel of Christmas Valley and a daughter, Suzy Byers of LaPine.

She has 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Services will be Monday, December 4, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Unger Funeral Chapel ~ 229 Mill Street Silverton, Oregon 97381.  Followed by a graveside service at Maplewood Cemetery ~ Scotts mills, Oregon.
